Winter Shipping Protection is required when temperatures are at or below 50°F in the delivery area. Below 0°F, shipments are paused until temperatures rise.

• A guaranteed replacement or full refund if cold damage occurs.

Identifying Cold Damage:

A yellowing leaf or slight drooping is normal, minor stress. Genuine cold damage can be seen within 48 hours:

• Textural Change: Leaves or stems that become soft, mushy, or translucent.

• Discoloration: Sudden blackening or deep browning across sections of foliage. 

• Defoliation: A collapse of the main stems, or loss of green leaves.
